Every single month we take a family photo, the Me and Mine. I absolutely adore this project started by Lucy at Dear Beautiful purely because otherwise we would probably not have many family photos at all. Realistically though, no-one ever wants to have them taken, no matter what we are doing whether that is big plans, or no plans, the minute I say lets just take some family photos at least one person is less than fully on board.
We have never been a bed sharing family. There was no co-sleeping in years gone by, no snuggly sleepovers, no bundling ourselves together in a hotel room, not of any kind, at any time. I don’t have anything against it per se it has just never worked for our family and it seems that the girls (and us) like the independence and space of our own beds.
I honestly think that November has been the fastest month this year, I literally cannot believe it is almost December and that 2017 will be on the countdown to ending altogether, it seems like madness. With that in mind this month has been full on, routine, work, school, nursery, you know, just life. It hasn’t been the most adventurous month family wise but although our adventures have been simple they have all been well worth it. I haven’t probably taken as many photos as I usually do either however I am excited to share some that I do have and to remember fondly the craziness that has been November.
