I don’t know about anyone else but summer fashion panics me. I am all about the sunshine don’t get me wrong and on holiday I don’t much give two hoots about what I wear (not strictly true, I still love clothes I am just alot less self conscious of what people might think there. I will most likely never see them again after all and I am mostly just eating, exploring, running around after children or attempting to sit around a pool for as long as possible before being rumbled.) But the arrival of the summer sends my head in a spin that I somehow need to wear something that isn’t my skinny jeans and flattering layers.

Ever since our very first visit to the National Memorial Arboretum just a year ago now it has become one of our all time favourite places to visit… and not just for the best flat white I have ever tasted in their coffee shop, although to be fair that is a massive plus and a big draw on a weekly basis! Football Football Football. That is what has pretty much dominated the last few weeks right? World Cup hope and all that. Well especially in my household as Eddy is the biggest football fan ever and will watch any match he can. I think it probably dominates his every day actually as he has a huge passion for the game no ,atter who is playing and was actually pretty good in his time, a few years and two knee operations ago that is. He is still pretty good though when he does play, he has that natural talent and scarily good knowledge that in another life might even have seen him live out his professional footballer dream.
